SnoopGame QA is in search of a Technical Account Manager. We specialize in manual game testing services, catering to publishers and developers worldwide.
Over the past decade, we’ve meticulously tested more than 1500 games spanning various genres, from Hyper Casual to AAA. Presently, we proudly stand as Ukraine’s foremost company, equipped with remarkable achievements and the proficiency to conduct diverse manual testing across multiple platforms.

  • Genres: Hyper-casual, MMO, Kids Games, Application, Word Games, Trivia, Educational, Casino, Platformer, Fighting, Arcade, Casual, Card and/or Board, Shooter, Sports, Music / Rhythm, Strategy, Simulation, Role-playing, Puzzle
  • Platforms: Mobile, PC, Social, VR, iOS, Android, Console, VR/AR
For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— Communicating with current and potential customers, identifying their testing needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
— Implementation and maintenance of testing quality standards, monitoring of testing performance and implementation of improvements.
— Assessment of resource needs (human, technical, time) for each project and their effective use.
— Communication with other departments in the company, such as QA, marketing to coordinate work and solve cross-cutting issues.
— Active participation as  Technical Account Manager in clients’ negotiations and closing transactions, providing mutually beneficial conditions for cooperation.
— Assessing and responding to changes in testing trends, technologies and practices, ensuring the relevance of the company’s services.
— Supervision of test demo rounds with new customers.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

— 3 years of experience in GameDev/QA Outsorce.
— Сommunication with clients in English. Upper-intermediate (B2)+ — Advanced (C1) level of English.
— Knowledge of the basic principles and methods of software testing, understanding of different types of testing (manual, automated, regression, etc.).
— Ability to listen to customer needs and communicate effectively with internal teams.
— Experience in conducting negotiations, presenting products and services, closing deals.
— Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, offer solutions that meet their requirements.
— The ability to analyze the information, problems and needs of clients to develop effective test solutions.
— Acquaintance with trends and requirements in the field of software testing, understanding the specifics of the market.
