For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Actively search for and attract clients who need game development services:

  • online casino mini-games

  • Telegram mini-games

  • branded and promotional games

  • Identify relevant platforms, marketplaces, communities, and channels where game projects and clients are sourced

  • Independently find and test new lead generation sources (beyond classic freelance platforms)

  • Qualify incoming leads and understand client needs, budgets, and project scope

  • Conduct initial communication and intro calls with potential clients

  • Work closely with management to align on priorities, offers, and positioning

  • Maintain structured lead tracking and reporting (CRM, spreadsheets, or internal tools)

  • Build and continuously improve a repeatable lead generation process focused on game projects

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in lead generation specifically for game-related projects (iGaming, casino mini-games, Telegram mini-games, branded games)

  • Clear understanding of where and how to find clients for game development services

  • Experience working with:

    • freelance platforms and marketplaces

    • direct outreach channels

    • niche communities, forums, and industry platforms related to games

  • Ability to independently build and test new lead sources, not relying on one platform only

  • Strong skills in lead qualification: understanding client needs, budgets, timelines, and project scope

  • Experience conducting intro calls and initial negotiations with clients

  • Ability to structure and document work: leads, outreach, statuses, and results

  • Understanding of game development processes and types of projects (mini-games, casino games, branded games)

  • English level: B2+ (for written and spoken communication with international clients)
