Values Value, recruiting expert in gamedev, is searching for an HR Director for our client – a leading developer and publisher of games and mobile entertainment applications. Work will take place in the Warsaw office.

The task of the HR Director is to bring the HR function to a new level of systematization, maturity, and organizational development; to connect the company's strategy with the HR strategy and make sure that employees’ work in the company is comfortable, productive, and successful. We are looking for an experienced professional with a systematic approach and theoretical base, supported by work experience and cases.

What are you working on?
  • The name of the project(s): What to focus on? The full cycle of high-level HR. Our company has moved past the stage where the HR Director merely advocates for employees or executes management's directives. We need a seasoned professional who can tackle business challenges with a strategic mindset and deep expertise. Start with an HR audit, develop and plan the implementation of an HR strategy aligned with business goals, evaluate the team, agree on the operational plan, and move forward to achieving milestones and KPIs :)

  • Create and implement the company's HR strategy.

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the organizational structure according to the company's business process and strategy.

  • Improve the HR and recruiting team and set up work in the department.

  • Make the company attractive for retaining talented specialists and their long-term work.

  • Help employees stay competent and productive in their profession through training systems and regular performance evaluation.

  • Fulfilling the role of an internal HR expert, helping other managers ensure effective company management.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • With strong theoretical knowledge in HR;

  • With experience in systemic game development or IT companies in HRD, HRBP positions for 6+ years;

  • Having experience in building and redesigning key HR processes (in companies with 200+ people);

  • Absolutely focused on maturity in work and communication, ability to speak with C-level on an equal footing;

  • Able to plan your work, prioritize;

  • Having strategic thinking and the ability to see the picture comprehensively;

  • Possessing systemic-analytical thinking and the ability to build processes;

  • Able to work with data and defend your point of view.
