For which tasks (responsibilities)?

The job of an Influencer Marketing Manager at Udonis is to handle influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. This includes:

• Researching relevant industry competitors & experts and keeping up with ongoing trends on social networks

• Developing influencer marketing strategies and determining who the appropriate influencers for the strategies are

• Identifying the right places to find and engage with influencers

• Brainstorming creative concepts for the influencer campaigns

• Engaging and communicating with the influencers, negotiating service fees, as well as providing feedback to their deliverables

• Determining the optimal workflow for influencer campaign management

• Communicating with internal team and external stakeholders about influencer marketing campaign progress/results

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2 years of relevant professional experience

• Proficiency in the English language with strong copywriting/screenwriting skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to work with project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, etc.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to respect deadlines

• Attention to detail

• Availability in Central European Time
