Lead Motion Designer

AXLEBOLT is a successful developer of mobile games in the international market. Our flagship project is the mobile first-person shooter Standoff 2, which attracts 30 million unique players worldwide every month. We have achieved this success, in part, thanks to high-quality advertising videos. Currently, we are strengthening our team and looking for a Lead Motion Designer to join our marketing creatives team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Creating high-quality marketing creatives.

• Organizing the work of the marketing motion design team (4+ people).

• Task distribution, conducting regular team meetings (one-to-one, daily).

• Participation in team development.

• Continuous interaction with the creative producer

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience with 3D graphics as a motion designer in the gaming industry (on hardcore/mid-core projects).

• Team management experience with at least 3 people, people management skills.

• Proficiency in After Effects, C4D (Redshift/Octane), UE5, VFX (Embergen, Niagara).

• Willingness to work hands-on and possession of a personal portfolio.
