For which tasks (responsibilities)?
As a Marketing Lead at Tamatem you will: be responsible for overseeing all main functions under the Marketing team; Public Relations, Influencers Marketing, Social Media and Performance Marketing. You will set strategies and develop a detailed action plan for those functions, facilitate their work, provide feedback, share expertise, help and troubleshoot where needed. You’ll also keep track of each team’s workload, delivery status, and tasks structure.
You Will:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to curate 360 marketing strategy.
Take a lead position in coordinating and overseeing key functions, processes and projects with the Marketing Manager related to:
Social Media and PR : this includes content across blogs, articles, video content, optimizing for organic social, web, landing pages, communication campaigns and offline marketing.
Influencers Marketing: Strengthen products promotion by assisting in developing customized and creative influencers marketing campaigns
Performance Marketing Analytics
Launching new games and products
Brand marketing activities
Research and analyze Voice of Consumer by preparing social media/influencers marketing analytics reports and advise corrective actions accordingly.
Search for new opportunities to engage Tamatem’s community through the use of brand, Social Media platforms, PR, and brand marketing projects.
Develop and present monthly reporting with analysis on Social Media , PR, Influencers marketing activities
Review all processes, identify gaps and roadblocks, suggest improvements and create templates that result in having a smooth workflow.
Creating and adjusting new business proposals and communicating them to the stakeholders involved.
Run educational and knowledge sharing sessions, training, and workshops for the internal team
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, E-marketing & Social Media or any other related field
Minimum of 6 years in mobile marketing, brand advertising, influencer marketing, social media, and public relations.
Skills and experience you will bring to us:
A deep understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem backed up with the hands-on experience of growing apps and/or mobile games, experience in influencer marketing, public relations, social media, and offline marketing (offline tournaments, billboards, TV, sponsorship deals, and barter deals)
The passion to support, educate and drive productivity from a team.
Experience in developing and presenting a marketing strategy as well as plans for internal and external stakeholders.
knowledge in performance marketing and campaign analysis.
A strong focus on working with data and justifying your decisions based on real insights.
Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
Excellent presentation skills.
A team player and collaborator.
You should be really passionate about mobile marketing and have a never-stop-searching approach.
Experience in all social media platforms & Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
