For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Oversee the entire video production cycle, including pre-production, production, and post-production
Manage the shooting process from start to finish
Source and onboard new production contractors globally
Conduct castings to ensure the best fit
Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts
Prepare detailed briefs for production teams
Select and procure necessary equipment, ensuring all resources meet project needs
Continuously optimize workflows for efficiency and quality
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Senior-level expertise in video production, with a strong portfolio
Proven managerial experience leading video projects or teams
Willingness and ability to travel globally as needed
Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills
