We're looking for a Senior Level Designer to join our RnD department, which is responsible for hypothesis testing. If you have plenty of gaming experience in puzzle mechanics and want to create a new hit, then you're in the right place!
You'll have the opportunity to work on projects from the very beginning, up until their first technical launches. And cross-project exchange and experienced colleagues in the RnD department will ensure a favorable atmosphere for your professional development.
We prefer working without tight deadlines, opting instead for clear planning and the ability to influence our results. Working closely with our fellow specialists allows us to arrive at the best solutions.

Developing and implementing difficulty curves for levels
Developing, describing, and implementing new puzzle mechanics
Testing and controlling the quality of new and existing levels

Interacting with the art department to find visual solutions for new mechanics
Participating in creative discussions about events and features in collaboration with game designers, artists, and programmers
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least two years of experience as a level designer for multiple puzzle projects
Experience working with various level editors
Experience setting the game balance and difficulty curve and understanding of the logic of mechanic implementation order
Plenty of experience playing games with puzzle mechanics
Intermediate English or higher
Why do we enjoy working here?
Remote/hybrid options: you can work at our comfortable offices or remotely in Lithuania, Georgia or Montenegro
Professional growth: we offer English lessons with an instructor, pay for trips to professional conferences, and partially reimburse employees for education
Flexibility: sometimes you just want to try something new. We get it, so we'll support you if you decide you want to switch to a new position, role, or project
Teamwork: we value the expertise of every member of our team, so we really listen to each other
Data-driven decision-making: all our product-related decisions are ultimately based on metrics, not subjective feelings
Plus all the standard stuff: official employment, health insurance, and partial reimbursement for your gym membership
The selection process
The recruitment process will consist of two phases: an interview with our Recruiter, a test task, and a technical interview with the Lead Level Designer.
